Your service men were very knowledgeable and professional, they came in and answered all our questions about the products they use and how they work together. We are very pleased with the job they did for us and will gladly recommend they to all our friends and family. Our carpets are 9 years old and this was the 1st time we had them cleaned, we have lots of children plus 6 greatgrand childrens (5yrs and under) and we have lots of parties and BBQ's here so our carpets gets lots of wear and tear all year round and your staff got them clean, we will be calling them back again when needed again. My wool area rugs were picked up and delivered back to me. I only opened one because we are moving, but it was the one in the worst condition. It looks brand new! Great company I will certainly use again.

Our cleaning tech Chase was very polite. He was thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning. We had one room cleaned that we had not previously done and he told me that the stain may be into the carpet pad and could return. It was, and it did, but it was good to know the reason why. The stain was there and totally our fault but the room still looks 100% better.

Your technician was on time, courteous, worked efficiently and made sure we were happy with the cleaning before he finished.
