So beautifully clean. We would only use Zerorez! It lasts much longer than other cleaning services. This was our third time--after self-cleaning previously.

My carpets look amazing!
Always exceeds my expectations. Chris does a great job. The only problem ... The $100 fee if I cancel in less than 48 hours. I understand you lose money if your customer doesn't show, but this is just too much. I have a husband with heart problems and cannot promise that there wouldn't be a family emergency. Even then, I would contact to cancel/reschedule. I wouldn't be a no show if possible. I think most people wouldn't. You should cut that amount by a third for call ins and keep the $100 for no shows. Just my opinion. I have talked to friends and family about how much I like your service but no-one wants to use you because of that fee. Most said it is excessive and one said it is insulting to the customer and they should not be penalized if there is a situation out of their control. Just to let you know the responses I have gotten.
Prompt arrival according to stated time. Explained the process ahead of time and answered any questions I had. Came prepared with all of the products needed to do the job. Went to work and worked steadily until job was completed. I was very satisfied with the finished job.
