I appreciate the technician offering to hand rack the carpet to get it clean instead of using the equipment because we were concerned about the age of the carpet and that the heavy duty, spinning of the mechanical cleaner might damage the carpet.

Smells nice dried fairly quick .
But there is a dark spot on the edge by the staircase where it doesn't look like it got cleaned or he forgot th vacuumed out the dirty water part? It's on the edge.

Steve showed up within 15 minutes of the beginning of the scheduled time frame. He did a great job of removing a graphite stain from a broken chair bearing. He was knowledgable, professional and friendly. A job well done. I will use Zerorez again.

I love how the carpets feel. They do not have that crunch under your feet. They feel clean and fresh. I will recommend Zerorez to family, friends and anyone who needs to have there carpet cleaned. I also love the fact that they do cars, RV's. and can clean out the dryer vents.

I liked the machine that helped our carpet to stand up so it would clean better. The service was great and Tyler Jones explained what he was doing and what the results would be. It turned out cleaner looking then it has looked in a long time. I would highly recommend your company.
