Technician arrived on time; answered all my questions regarding why Zerorez was an excellent product. Chase asked if I wanted to check his work to make sure I was satisfied. He recleaned an area to make sure I was pleased. Carpets were cleaned well and were not damp for any length of time after the work was completed. Will use this service again. I was impressed by the service, from the ease of making an appointment, a call to let me know when the technician was on his way would arrive within 15 minutes and the outcome of the cleaning when he was finished. Everything looked great!

Loved everything about it other than the service guy getting the wrong address. Appointment was to be at 9:30. Got a call from the office letting me know traffic is holding the guy up and will be there at 10:15. I got a call from tech at 10:20 telling me he's lost wanted to confirm my address. Asked him where he was by albi. I told him location was by manito. He was given an address by Albi but service was due up on the south hill by manito. So he arrived about 11. Other than that everything else went well

Service was on time, scheduling was very accomodating. We had to change our appointment a few times. Prompt receipt emailed is awesome. Fair price. I haven't really done enough homework to know how you differ from competitors. I think you use milder cleaning product, less that stays on the carpet. We will use Z again. Thanks.

I have used Zerorez exclusively for 8-9 years now for our rentals. I like the fact that the process leaves no residue to collect dirt, that it cleans much better than the standard shampoo job, and Zerorez guarantees customer satisfaction. They have returned at no charge to clean again a couple of times to bring the best end result. I have recommended them to friends for years and will continue to do so.
Both James and Tyler did a great job at this last unit, which was really dirty. I'll be using Zerorez again soon.
