I like the organic cleaner they use, however as great as it is remember that citrus is dangerous for cats. I asked for a steam clean only without cleaners and my carpet looked great. They worked with me doing what I was comfortable with. Very kind and respectful man that came to our house to clean my carpet. This is the second time we have used them and have been pleased each time.

Fast and complete carpet cleaning. The two operators were friendly and professional. It was pretty expensive for the pet stain removals but turned out real clean. We will have them back, but hopefully not for a while. We highly recommend this Zerorez crew.
