I had Kevin S. from Zerorez Spokane come out on April 2, 2025, to clean our carpets, and he did an outstanding job! He spent about 4 hours tackling a huge project at our home in Rosalia—10 carpeted rooms (including oversized areas and offices), 2 closets, 18 stairs, and 8 tough urine spots from our dog. The total came to $1,254, which included a 3-room special, extra room charges, stair cleaning, and topical odor treatments. Kevin was thorough, professional, and clearly skilled at what he does. The carpets look brand new, and the pet odors are completely gone! He even threw in a free air duct inspection. For the price and the level of service, it was an incredible value. Kevin’s hard work and friendly attitude made this a 5-star experience—I’d highly recommend him and Zerorez to anyone!

He contacted me ahead of time to ensure he had the necessary equipment, he was courteous, knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to ensure I was satisfied with his work. Wow! I had no idea my grey berber carpets were so dirty until I saw the before and after. I was very impressed with Bryce, our technician, who went above and beyond, and even got my 40 years old upholstery on my queen Anne dining room chairs looking like almost new.

I have been using a different cleaning company for the past 10 years or so, as I was not happy with the last Zero Rez crew, who seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next job and did a very poor job. I thought I would give Zero Rez another chance, and Bryce did such an excellent job, I will request him for my next cleaning. Great job, Bryce!

I love that there is no overwhelming fragrance to the cleaning solution because it's WATER! I'm very conscious of what chemicals come into my home and with a dog who's highly allergic to many cleaners, I love knowing he's not going to react after carpet cleaning.
