Matt, the technician, told me cool air and fans is the key. We cracked the windows and turned on the fans and 6 hours later, dry and clean. Would definitely use them again.

Technician called to see if he could come a bit earlier than scheduled. He got here about 30 minutes early and got to work. He walked through the house with me, asked questions about the use of each room, explained what he’d be doing to clean the rugs, and what I can do to protect them after the cleaning. He did an excellent job. The carpets and area rug all look brand new, even though they’re 3 years old. I highly recommend this company.

Tommy did a great job of removing a very difficult stain. We had had the 5 year stain protection added to the carpet during a previous cleaning and we appreciate that you stand behind your warranty.

The only thing I would recommend is that your technicians need to have all the supplies with them as he had to go back to Spokane to get a stronger cleaner. During a previous cleaning when we had a hallway cleaned, we wanted the 5 year protection put on but the technician only had the one year protectant with him.

The employees were extremely dedicated to making sure I was happy with the work. They did an exceptional job. I was very happy with the end product.
