The techs should have the same rubber corner guards your carpet cleaning crews use when dragging the hoses around. Also, the request for a tip for the crew was way over the top in my book. Pay them what they are worth and charge accordingly

Great service. Was very thorough and took their time. Our couch had some pretty bad pet odors and it’s totally gone!!
