Our technician was fantastic. His name is Logan., the service he was there on time, professional,, worked very hard did the job, except for the couple stains on the master bedroom carpet, which did not come up and, Zerorez is going to come back and do a spot cleaning of those stains. But I have been with zero razz for over 20 years when Jeremy used to own it, and I’ve always found them to be courteous did a very good job for me it was the first time you’ve had any kind of issues but otherwise how old is recommended for people, best regards, bob Edwards

We were very pleased with the carpet cleaning done by two of your employees, Lucas and his co-worker. (I can't remember his name.) Their customer service was great. They did a great job on our old carpet and went over some of it a several times. They were very thorough and friendly. Their goal was to please us and we are pleased.

Cleaned carpet

We had a great cleaning job last week and the whole house is fresher and feels so clean.

Very professional and took the time to make sure everything was cleaned and explained to call back if anything was missed.

Love the service, on time and a call of arrival time. Explained the process and options. Logan was my service man and was happy and courteous, shows he loves what he does. My carpet is old and being replaced in 4 months and it looks great and smells good too. will use them in the future when I get the new one.
