The service was professional and I saw an immediate change in the appearance of my carpets before and after the cleaning. I did notice that they don't quite go to the edge of the carpet and so some discoloration/stains are left in the carpet because they're missed.

Y'all! Let me tell you something! I have scrubbed this bathroom floor on my hands and knees for 7 years! SEVEN YEARS, Y'all! I have bought scrubby brushes that attach to my power drill. I have bought caustic cleaners that have rearranged my nose hairs and depleted my brain cells and my floor still looked a mess. I could not get these white penny tiles white to save my ever loving life! But ZeroRez totally got the tiles looking like they did when they were put in in the 40's! I am kicking myself for not having them come out sooner. It looks amazing. The copets look great too, don't get me wrong but I want to eat dinner in the bathroom. I won't but I want to.

I was going to replace the carpet because it looked so bad. After being cleaned by Zerorez tech it looks remarkably better. I will be able to budget for new carpet later and that is great because I have just purchased a new house and money is tight. The tech who cleaned for me was very pleasant and professional.
