Nick, the technician was considerate on covering his feet and placing corner protectors on corners and stairrailing to prevent dings to the walls from the hoses and such. Would appreciate a heads up if they are running behind. Received a call the day of cleaning it would be past the 12p and they would be arriving around 2. It wasn't until almost 4. Would have liked another call to say that it was going to be later.
