The gentleman was early and very polite and Patient. However when he was done & leaving. He should of let us know, so we could have locked our doors immediately. As my employee and myself were in the back room breaking down boxes and it was unsafe to leave store unlocked.

15 years ago my mother had a lighter mauve carpet installed. A few weeks later she ended up with a sweet small dog that developed urinary issues for almost 15 years. Fortunately the damage was only in one room. Her little companion died over a year ago, the horrid smell and stain in the carpet refused to. Even my dogs didnt want to lay on it and would walk around the 2x8 stained smelly area. Carpet has been shampooed with treatments over the years with little success. In the last year other professionals left me with such dense residues and strong smells. COPD patients can't be exposed to constant fragrances without medical complication, amd mom went to stay with other family. After all the efforts and soapy residual smells, it only slightly subdued the smell and the stain always returned full force or worse.
Chris from Zero Rez arrived on monday morning and about 3 hours later the carpet looked as good as it did the day it was installed! The carpet dried within the day. It's been 48 hours, the floor is dry and so soft and NO odors, no more residues. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
P.S. don't get discouraged when trying to contact and set up an appointment. Call and push option to leave messages. I wish someone had told me that a year ago.
