So far, everything looks good.

I would suggest that the person who is supposed to notify the customer when the technician is to arrive, CALL the telephone number the customer gave, NOT text. The phone number might not allow texting, like a landline.This is important as there is a 4 hour "window" in which the tech may arrive.

The person who cleaned our carpets was very protective of our home and paid attention to details. He did a great job.
I liked that all fluids were contained in the company van rather than being dumped in our driveway.
I like that the carpets are as clean now as though they were new.
I liked that there was virtually no odor.
I liked that communication with Zerorez was excellent while arranging the carpet cleaning.

Our carpet looks new again and I thought we were going to have to replace it. I am hoping the stains stay away! Blake Birdtail was the person who cleaned our carpets and he did such a great job that we had him clean our slate tile downstairs. Duncan presented himself very well, polite, and he had a trainee with him.

They moved quickly and professionally and looked great showing up out front
of our home in their Blue and White branding and shirts etc.

Price was fine and they moved right along. I am running my own business at home so
