I was very pleased with the job that was done. But I also want to say that the information that was given to me at the time of cleaning was very informative. I was truly amazed at the way my questions were answered and stuff that I didn't know about carpet or fabric on furniture. Lots to think about if I want to have furniture recovered that will eventually need to be cleaned. Thank you so very much. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

When I called to make an appointment Zero's records showed what and when my last cleaning was. I was told on the phone how much it would cost (no surprises) and I got an appointment for the next day.

The service person was on time. Polite and knowledgeable. She did an outstanding job! My carpet never looked better. Yea!!!
