I like that no soap residue is left in the carpet after cleaning. the technician was thorough and my carpet dried overnight because it wasn't saturated with water.

A month ago the carpet technician Joseph K did a top notch job. So much so, that I had Zerorez come out and do 4 other rooms. This time Duncan did the cleaning. He too did a fantastic job. Both young men were very professional and courteous!
