The techs are always very polite. I appreciate that they wear shoe coverings when inside my house. The Zerorez cleaning system doesn't damage my carpets like some carpet cleaning machines have in the past.

Travis was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He did a great job and the pre- treat spray did the trick taking out stains from years ago.
He accommodated my request to do the work outside, as our space was limited. I felt bad to make him work outside in the cold, but he assured me he was warm enough.

The care and services they came be was the very best. They came out and undid the mistakes of one of their fellow worker who really did not care. And that I am so sorry for. That person is really messing up the others lively hood and the good name of the company they work for.

I was amazed at what a great job you did. Our carpet was stained in our basement from a previous pet and aftermath of cleaning that was done. I thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. Your crew removed the staining.

The technician was very cordial and worked very diligently to get things done. When he had to come back and fix some dirt spots that appeared after the carpet dried, he did it with the same polite manner. Job very well done.

I would rate Zerorez about 6/10 for some reason it won’t let me chance the number at the top! Our carpets look great, the tech was friendly, but he tricked me into purchasing an additional service while he was there which I felt wasn’t fair of them and I ended up paying more than I had planned! We probably won’t use zerorez again for that reason!
