Our technician did a great job, our carpets look great.

The techs always show up on time, or maybe a little early, which usually is great. They are friendly and the carpets are really clean -- and no odor. The tech we had this time was great as our kitten got out of his crate and we couldn't find him at first. And our old cat went behind the dresser and would not come out. The tech was very good about working around these two cats, keeping an eye out to make sure no one darted to the door. And, our carpet looks great!!

From first point of contact I was so pleased with my Zerorez experience. This was my first time having carpets cleaned, so I really didn't know what to expect. I reached out to 4 other companies and was less than impressed by all the rest. Since we are not in the normal Spokane service area they didn't even want to talk to me. Allie at Zerorez said that they did have a minimum for our area but as soon as that was met we could be scheduled. After about 10 minutes, i had enough houses (4 more) to schedule and away we went. The technician was great, explained the process, the importance of the steps, the extra treatments but wasn't pushy and got right to work. And in the end my carpets looked AMAZING!
