What a great cleaning job was done by Zerorez and tech Joseph! These carpets were gross when my daughter moved in. No one in our family expected the stains and grime to come out. But here's the absolute truth: when the job was done less than an hour later, those carpets were absolutely as clean as can be! They were 100 grease- and grime-free!

I'll use and recommend Zerorez for myself and everyone else. I don't believe ANYONE could get them cleaner!

Rep was timely, notice was sent to ensure appointment was to be kept. Sent notice of arrival time and introduced himself right away. This company gives you many options and their rep was knowledgeable. He was respectful of my budget and never pushy. Explained process well, was friendly.

The tech was on time, in and out in very short time. The cleaning left the carpet looking new and was dry in less than 2 hours with no remaining smells. I would use the service anytime and would refer them to anybody.

I was given incorrect advice on my initial call into zerorez that resulted in me ordering the incorrect service for my rug. The actual service that needed to be done was over three times the original cost estimation. However, I was very impressed at how the employee who came to our house tracked down the original phone call and gave me a solid deal for the mistake that allowed us to still get our service. I always appreciate companies who stand behind their work and their word.
