Our service man was very professional and friendly.We had a horrible stain on our landing and with the special deep cleaning treatment, the stain completely disappeared. We have used ZeroRez now for 10 years and we are completely happy with their work.
Service was done on time within quoted price range. House carpet is clean and deodorizer works wonderfully. Deep stains from dogs, hydraulic fluid, and dirt came out of our old carpet.
