I was very pleased with Zerorez. I received constant communication about my appointment, and he even arrived early for my appointment. I was able to show him the areas I wanted cleaned, he double checked on applying the extra protectant before starting, and asked me to look at the rooms that were cleaned before he loaded the equipment back into the van. Overall, I am very happy.
