I love how my carpets look and feel after cleaned. In all the years I used other companies, I never found a company That cleans this well. There was always a gritty or sticky feeling on the carpet after cleaning. But not With Zerorez. I wish I would have found them earlier.

You came when you said you would. You called to let me know when the technician would arrive and he came when you said he would. Stephen Lucas was neat, clean, respectful, helpful and we appreciated all that he did. We have had carpets cleaned before but nothing like Zerorez. Out carpets and the chairs we had clean looked like new. Great job!

Lucus and Cabe were on time. They were polite and professional and I appreciated that they wore masks and shoe covers. I was embarrassed at the amount of hair (I have two cats) that they brought to the surface! After I had vacuumed twice. Lucus explained each step in the process, which took about two hours. The guys were friendly and I liked them. Thank you for a remarkably beautiful carpet.
