The young man who came to my house was delightful, he explained everything he was going to do and was very courteous. Once he was done he showed me pictures of what he had cleaned and left my home looking just like it did when he got here, except the ducts of course, LOL! He did however, forget a screwdriver and I hope you can get a message to him, I'd like to get it back to him. Thank you, it's a nice feeling to know my house is clean all over now!
