Timely, efficient and great service

Cleaning crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional. The job was done in about two hours and the rugs seem clean and were surprisingly dry. The "up-selling" of stain preventive treatments under the guise of "free" cleaning of additional areas if you get the stain prevention was annoying. But overall a good experience.

Air ducts are amazingly clean!

The service was efficient and clean. The service agent, (?)Ryan(?), was pleasant, worked carefully and answered all questions patiently. I liked the fact that the cleaning/sanitizing could be done without leaving a residue. We had 3 rooms cleaned, each with different carpet styles, age and fiber. Each turned out well. Everything dried fairly quickly, and very quickly where we used a floor fan.

The carpet came out like new! I was amazed at how little time it took and the end result. The price was lower than expected too. The young man that cleaned the carpets very informative and likeable. Great guy. He did an awesome job explaining everything and giving me choices and of course an excellent job on the carpets. I highly recommend Zerorez.

i believe the gentlemans name was alex he was great ...very conscious of how to place the hoses,his vaccum machine,etc.made sure he wasnt in the way of anything and even took care in the bedroom where my husband was sleeping (my husband has a terminal illness) and has a hard time with getting sleep at night...he was very pleasant answered any questions i had and showed me the lifetime filter you have for my furnace that i will probably purchase later this fall..all in all im so glad that i had the ducts clean..it was so worth while and will be making an appointment to have the carpets done in a couple of months Thank You you guys rock!!!

Even though my carpet is several years old, it looks brighter and I know it is much cleaner. The technician was cooperative when I asked about moving small furniture items.
