My technician asked me specifics about what I needed done and gave me the recommendations to get the puppy potty out of my carpet. When he walked in the carpet looked like it needed to be replaced, when he left it looked like new and smelled good!

Our technician Guy was outstanding ! He was on time and practiced health and safety guidelines, maintaining social distancing and wearing mask and gloves. He was polite, friendly and professionally assessed the cleaning needs. He offered several cleaning options without any pressure. He was very efficient and stayed in contact during the cleaning. I was amazed at his results. The carpet had many large and old stains he made it look spectacular, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Zerorez and Guy. He gave 11 service out of 10 !
