The fact that you arrive on time, give an estimate of time it will take for the service, and then get it done. The technicians that come are always very courteous, and knowledgeable about their tasks. I appreciate the extra care if added sanitizing after before and after, and that your technician wore a mask the future time he was in our home.

Carpet and chairs look like new. The worker was good about explaining what he was doing, what would work best on our carpet, and getting us the best for our money. He wore a mask and was careful with social distancing. I will definitely have Zerorez back next year.

Your technician, who was here on 2 occasions, was awesome. The end product of his efforts was better than we had expected. He advised us and recommended treatments that really helped the end result. His people skills are top notch. We hope he is the technician we get next time. He made this a good experience for us.
On the contrary, our experience with scheduling left much to be desired. The first appointment went as planned, however the second, handled by en entirely different crew, was a huge hassle and disappointment. It is obvious that there are mgt issues in the co.
