Tim, the young man that cleaned our carpets and love seat, arrived with a mask, shoe coverings and gloves on. He was VERY kind, courteous, and did an excellent job. Quick service. Only complaint is that with the pandemic going on the employee should have been wearing a mask. I made sure to stay 6 feet apart but both customer and employee should be protected during appointment

Great job - Josh was efficient and did the cleaning exactly as I requested (I had a specific direction in which I wanted the cleaning tools used in the hallway to keep from roughing up the existing traffic pattern)! Always easy to schedule an appointment and staff, both on the phone and those who show up to do the carpet cleaning, are friendly and customer-oriented. I have recommended Zerorez to some friends, all of whom now use Zerorez exclusively.
