Showed up sooner than planned. Worked efficiently. Did a pretty good job of cleaning up around the vents. Both were really polite. Tyler did a great job, the carpets look great and dried nicely! One issue is that the wall on the stairs was scraped from cleaning the stairs. Two areas will need to be repainted but otherwise very happy! Tyler was a very nice and professional! I will use your business again!

I have had Zerorez clean my carpets and my air vents and every time the technicians are always nice, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They do a wonderful job with a smile and pleasant conversation. When they're done they pack up all of their equipment and leave my home cleaner than when they arrived. Eliminated pet odor and stains. I came home to a fresh clean house and there is no greater feeling. My cleaning tech contacted me remotely so I didn't have to be there and ask me what I wanted to accomplish. He was so professional and did an amazing job. No wet carpets to air out all day, My daughter could play on the floor right away. See you guys again in three months.
