Zerorez got me in very quickly because I was having a baby shower and I wanted my carpet clean for the Thanksgiving holiday also. The young man that came to the door was very very professional he did everything very quickly and he was very pleasing to visit with. I appreciated the thoroughness, the deep clean, the tech's friendliness, but I wish the tech had been able to give me more specifics on the spray treatment I purchased as a follow-up.
