The technicians are professional, up front and extremely nice. Always making sure to take care of your corners and other areas of your house they may have to work around. I have suggested this company to everyone that is considering having their carpets professionally cleaned. Even if they have an apartment, I let them know it's more than worth it to have clean carpets.

Our carpets are not that old, and we don't have indoor pets, but normal daily wear was leaving them looking tired and dull. Additionally, our stairs had a definite traffic pattern that I could not vacuum back to life. After Zerorez's visit, my carpets look new again! What a wonderful way to start 2021!
