The staff is always friendly and this is a business that cares about people and treats them like human beings, not dollar signs. The first time I used Zerorez I had a huge mess on my hands and it cost me almost $800 to clean my carpets a year ago.
Yesterday they came back and it only cost me $140 because they did such an immaculate job the first time and came back within 30 days to redo it because some of the stains came up. BEST BUSINESS to clean your carpets. Not only will they get the job done, they’ll treat you well and honestly charge you for what you NEED and not a bunch of stuff you don’t and that’s what matters
