The one thing that I really appreciate is that you will always come back if something is not done the right way. There was a big problem with my carpeting because too much liquid was used and the carpet was soaked and the floor was damaged. You are going to remove the damaged carpet, do what needs to be done to the sub floor and replace the carpet!!!! Now that is what I call outstanding customer service!!!!!!!!
