Very pleased with the process. Your Tech Joshua arrived a little early and set up very quickly. since I did not know if my carpeting was wool or not so we did a test to make sure. The backing was jute but the fibers were synthetic. Having that information via test made it possible to use the correct cleaning procedure to make sure that the carpeting was not damaged. That's pretty impressive to get that kind of customer service. This cleaning process goes quickly. the carpet looked wonderful and best of all no heavy artificial scent. It’s also good for customer services, calling them. Setting up appointments, logistics, price quoted all went very well. Trustworthy and kind to dogs and seniors.

Technician showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Was respectful and worked up a good sweat cleaning up our carpets for the holidays. i was extremely thankful in what your service people were able to do in what they had to work with. The carpets had issues that are hard to describe but they were able to do the best they could. These carpets really needed cleaning when we moved in. I appreciated the citrus scent used. That is what I use in cleaning supplies I use in my home. Your service people were very helpful in any questions that came up. Your company will be the one I will use for any cleaning I need in the future.
