Joshua was great!!! He was very professional. He put up the door cover which was really nice because it was cold out. His attention to using the corner guards around my furniture was wonderful. He was well organized and I felt I was in good hands. My carpets were only slightly damp and were dry by the evening. His attention to all the details made this experience excellent!

Very happy with the carpet cleaning. Ashton was very personable and thorough. I would have rated a 10 but several stains that seemed to be the same and not sure what they were could not be removed. I knew the chances of removing them were slim as I had tried in one spot without success. They had been there a long time.
