I'm really impressed. Christian arrived and we went over what I wanted cleaned and he went to work. 3 hrs later he asked me to check his work. I did that and found my carpeting looked almost like new. My carpeting has been down since 1996 and it really looks good.

Jason was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. He worked efficiently and everything was clean just as he said it would be. I also chose to have my vents disinfected. I am very happy with the work done.

The tecnician was very thorough in explaining the process. She worked quickly and efficiently. I love that the rooms smelled clean and fresh vs a chemical /citrus smell that comes with a lot of carpet shampoos. She was done fast and made sure I was happy before leaving. The checkout process is super easy too. Overall, great job and I wll definitely use them again.
