Your Folks arrive, introduce themselves, ask to review the job, inquire as to whether you have special needs or concerns. They then get busy, work very efficiently, finish the job and ask you to inspect their work. If there’s any issues, they quickly address them.
Prior to departing they give you all the instruction on how long you should stay off the carpet, and when you should vacuum if, you had them apply the protectant. There was nothing missing as far as I’m concerned it doesn’t get any better, and that’s the reason I’m a returning customer.
Many services are offered. they even have furnace filters that are reusable.
The technician was excellent. He explained how ZeroRes gets my carpet and upholsertery cleaned, how to use the stain remover, and the warranty on the protectant. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend ZeroRes for carpet cleaning and will likely be using them again in the future.

I really had a wonderful experience with zero rest I haven't heard about it and seen it through other people here having it done and I had Christian a wonderful wonderful young man I was not able to tip him what he's worth but he did an excellent job for me and my wife and went over in above to make sure it was nice for us while we were coming from cancer what a wonderful young man thank you for everything bye for now
So glad we had Zerorez clean our air ducts and vents. The gentleman that work on it was a very kind, professional, and thorough worker. Our air gets through the vents very forcefully and gets to every room in the house now. Glad we made the appointment.

I would definitely recommend Zerorez not only because of the quality of cleaning I received on 2/4/22; also and most appreciated, is the management at the valley location. When there was a concern brought to their attention, they went above and beyond to correct it. Christie and Melanie are simply the best and their professionalism top notch!
I was extremely pleased with the professional and respectful attitude Tyler had shown while in my home cleaning my carpets. He is a very hard worker who took his time to do a good job. No dog smells and my carpets looked beautiful and smelled clean when he was done.

Our technician Austin was amazing! I had several areas of concern , as we had just put a sick dog to sleep. Austin took his time and did a meticulous job.He had a great attitude and was very empathetic, even though I was his last stop of the day and it was the weekend. Everything looked fantastic when he finished! He was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable! What an asset to your company!

They get our carpet cleaner than other companies. The tech worked so hard and went out of his way to clean dirtier areas.

We had a delightful visit w/ Brooke, but, to be fair to your staff and your customers we feel that a personal review of the actual visualized and discussed goals should be tied to an 'at the time"
estimate of what has been seen and discussed.....
I had a very different idea of the job requested and fees than what we ended up incurring.
I had discussed over the phone what I had in mind, and was given an estimate, but, was only home briefly when Brooke started the job and my wife and I had never discussed requested service and fees compared to what we finally got.
Brooke and I reviewed the job and she went by herself to do some undefined initial part of the
job, but, there was never a clarification of what she saw the job entailing and costs vs what I
thought was coming.
As we had good results and feel the offered discounts offset some of our sticker shock, we let
this go...but, it has been on my mind to make this recommendation to the company.
You've been in business a long time and I can't see how this has not upset some customers.

The whole team from scheduling to the technician were informative and kind.
My throat no longer tightens when the heat turns on...apparently the system has not been cleaned in 40 years. All vents were sealed and only 1 accessed at a time...the negative pressure in the system was amazing and kept the dust from getting into the air during the cleaning .
