I'm the manager at Perkins in Spokane and we had not had our carpets cleaned since before x-mas last year due to budget issues from covid. So, I called ZeroRez and set up an appointment. They came a few days later and by the time they were through my carpets looked like new again.. Thank you guys for helping to keep my investment looking like new!

I like the people you hire to clean carpets. They are always professional and committed to do a great job. When you have a special for 3 rooms for 99 dollar, it's such a good deal, but one room and two small area rugs for 99 dollars would have not taken as much labor as it fid in our four level. I was denied my request. Your worker would have made the same money in half the time snd could have attended to other customers faster. I wish you would become more flexible including a proposal like mine. Nonetheless, I'm still happy with Alex and Zerorez.

My technician, Chris Sanders, went out of his way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He was very realistic about what to expect regarding different types of stains/high traffic areas and what it would take to address them. He went above and beyond in my daughter's room, where there were candle wax, tea, and make-up stains. Chris was knowledgeable, polite, and did an outstanding job. I'm very happy with the results.

Beautifully clean and no harsh chemicals or awful perfumes. Just naturally fresh carpet.

You guys did a great job the technician was very nice and very professional she answered all my questions and did a great job.

I have used zerorez a couple of times now and have been very satisfied with the results of there work. They really live up to there name, when they are finished they don't leave our carpets soaking wet. I've used Stanley Steamer in the past and was left with soaking wet carpets and stains still in the carpets. I'll be using Zerorez as my permanent carpet cleaning company in the future. I like that the carpet cleaning service is completely safe! I don't need to be worried about the safety of my pet or child!
