We had an emergency need to have our carpet cleaned on Thursday morning. I called Zerorez at about 9 am and a wonderful young man named Christian came to our home. He did incredible work for us. I will ask for him the next time we need your wonderful service.

The one thing that I really appreciate is that you will always come back if something is not done the right way. There was a big problem with my carpeting because too much liquid was used and the carpet was soaked and the floor was damaged. You are going to remove the damaged carpet, do what needs to be done to the sub floor and replace the carpet!!!! Now that is what I call outstanding customer service!!!!!!!!

Very pleasant and thorough staff at the house. Scrubbed a few stains and got up a wine stain which was impressive. Seemed to take his time and really care about the work that was being done.
