They kept in good contact with me after scheduling and prior to arrival for my appointment. Jesse arrived in the appointment window and assessed the job, letting me know her estimate of the time needed. She went right to work and progressed in an efficient manner. The job was completed in the time frame that she estimated. The carpets turned out great, even the stains in the lighter colored carpet. I'm always pleased with the Zerorez employees and process.

The technician was very informative and took the time to explain everything he was doing and the products you offered. I was impressed about wall guards that were used to ensure there was no damage to the walls.

Fast efficient service. Like the though job the tech does.

The first technician who arrived to clean my carpets was so abrasive, after 15-20 minutes of him trying to sell me things I didn’t want I kicked him out.

But the second technician Zerorez sent out, James W., was amazing. He was thorough, kind, and did a great job cleaning my carpets. He went above and beyond.

My rating would have been a 10 if the first technician hadn’t arrived. I’m sorry to say this, but He was a 0.
