The cleaners do a good job They are respectful of your home.
I like the added step where the vacuum like counter rotating drums pulls up dirt etc to the surface.
I also like the deep clean process of flushing the carpet of pet stains. Although it’s very expensive, it does work!

We had our airducts clean and there was a noticeable difference afterwards in the amount of dust that was accumulating in our home. It worked wonders! The technician was efficient and knowledgeable.

Travis was great! He answered all of my questions, was very polite, and thorough. We had quite a bit of the pet treatment done, and I’m glad Zero Rez stands behind their product. Travis came a second time to work on a couple of stains I was still seeing. Things look great now.

Efficiency of person doing the work. Worker seeming to be aware of special issues. Drying time. Mostly the “specials” as it is often difficult to afford the service.
James did a very good job. Was very pleasant to talk with as well. I have used ZeroRez for about 5 yrs now & only once did they have to come back to redo an area. That’s a pretty good percentage.
The service was great and our guy was very professional. He did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. It looks like new. I could tell he really cared about doing the best job he could do for us.
