I had my carpet cleaned at my home the first time and after a great experience, I used Zerorez for my business and had my air ducts and floors cleaned. We have you clean our carpet every spring. We like the fact that no soap is left in the carpet. The technician always asks us to point out spots or areas we are concerned about and gets them perfectly clean, if at all possible. The carpet always looks new.

The service man was friendly and quite the sales person. The product gave me amazing results this time. The best ever. The time to do the carpets was not that long . Great job done by the service person and the product.

Your products seem to work very well and don't take a lot of time to apply. Your ''tech''
was quiet but was professional. Your prices have gone up quite a bit but I have not used
any other service for the last seven years so maybe that is just the going rate nowadays.
For the most part I was satisfied and would more than likely recommend you to other
people.

Your technicians were very understanding as to my situation and very helpful in trying to save me some money for the services provided They were very good with my home and my furniture And very helpful cleaning some very stained areas I thanked them for their work

The carpet looks great! And the treatment to remove our puppy's urine spots was well worth the cost.

We did have trouble, where some of the treated areas left dark spots, but the technician came back and took care of it, and made sure we were happy before he left.

Speaking of the tech, we found him to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
