They were frank about the condition of my carpet and did a great job removing my accumulation of farm dirt and coffee on my carpet. Some of my stains were beyond help but that was not the fault of Zerorez.

Your products and services are very good. My rug looks clean until I put the black light on it but I do realize that the stains will not be complete removed.

Jesse did a good job & very friendly, used mask, gloves & foot covers, appreciated. Was very apologetic for screw up on appointment times (not his fault tho). I had booked online & realized my husband had a doctor appointment, so I called & talked with a gal who said she would change it from afternoon to the morning time of 10 to 2. We are elderly so rushed around to be ready & no show till almost 3 pm. She had assured me that she changed out appointment time-but guess not. I called your office at 2 pm & lady said he was just finishing up a job & be on the way. Just very disappointed that my time did not get changed & my husband had to go to hi appointment alone (& I usually have to go so he hears the right directions) Maybe stairs should have been done as courtesy for screw-up.
