Best cleaning product ever

This was our first time using Zerorez and we were completely satisfied. We were worried about a number of pet stains and other areas that needed attention. However, by the time, Jonah, our technician, was done, our worries were gone and we were surprised and very happy. Jonah was very thorough in explaining the cleaning procedure and giving us a demonstration. He was enthusiastic and very professional. Great job to Jonah and Zerorez.

You do a great job. The carpets look wonderful. BUT, I would think that after doing our carpets multiple times, you would have our account flagged or something to remind you that you need to bring the extension hoses. This is not the first time you've had to reschedule because your hoses wouldn't reach. Hopefully you can figure out a solution so that doesn't waste everyone's time again.

I felt deceived by the explanation of what your "pet treatment" would actually do. I paid extra for it and my room smelled horrible. When I called they told me I would have to pay more to have them come back out . Terrible customer service.

It was quite expensive and some of the carpets seem matted now.

I was unhappy about two things from my whole-house carpet cleaning and you came out promptly and took care of them at no charge.

First and foremost, my carpets look amazing! I was also impressed, however, how prompt he was and how FAST he was! He was finished in about 30 minutes, which allowed me to have the test of the day to play with my kids! 😁

On your last cleaning on August 4 I thought your man did a good job of cleaning. However, the new tenants in the condo claim their white socks are getting black/dirty when they walk around on the carpet. I just talked to your representative and she volunteered a re do if I want it, so that is appreciated.

The gentleman cleaning was nice and polite. He told me my family room smelled of urine, however. We have no pets or any children that had accidents there. Because of that we opted not to have a deodorizer. That was the only room he recommended a deodorizer in. My husband was out of town. When he got home, he didn't notice a smell in the family room, but he said the master bedroom smelled terrible. I'm in the house all the time, so I haven't noticed it. He notices it every time he comes in from work, however. We've used ZeroRez in the past and have never remembered a bad odor after.

I love that you use a non toxic way of cleaning. Eric was the specialist that cleaned our carpet and about 500 square feet of tile. It's never looked and felt better. Super happy! I will definitely use zerorez again.
