We were disappointed that the shower tile and grout did not clean up as expected. The tile and grout was no more than 3 years old and the shower floor was top of the line. My husband was not pleased at all. He actually wiped grit off the shower walls and wondered if they cleaned it at all. Very unhappy. The person who came was pleasant. I'm just not sure the way you clean is working.

Your prices are pretty high and I don't like to have the technicians asking to upgrade me when then get here. By that time I have already committed to your service.

Well your minimum price is $150.00. I know you drive from Salt Lake to service Utah Couty clients probably quite often. You advertise highly at BYU BB & FB games. If you're going to advertise that much in Utah County you should have another business location down here. I tell people that your service is really good but the minimum price is pretty high

The men that come out are clean cut, and seem honest, efficient, and the end result is nicely cleaned carpet as promised.

I loved how you had a 2 step process to cleaning the carpets plus not using any soaps or chemicals. I also had my slate floor cleaned and sealed. The technician had problems with the equipment and wanted to ensure more floors were clean he used a hand tool on his hands and knees. I had 760 sq. ft. of slate. He was awesome!!

I turned to Zerorez because we had a large urine spot from my daughter on our rug and a giant milk spill from my sons on our carpet. About $250 later, the urine spot is now bigger and the milk area is still crunchy. There may be a chance the rug is just ruined, but I would at least hope for the milk spot to be really cleaned.

Problems with scheduling due to ill technician. I will continue using your service because I like the work you do. I will just adjust my expectations of your timeliness downward.
