I can send the photos if you want. The two pet stain areas are not done properly. This cost $100 and I expect it to be gone. In the bedroom doorway the dirt that was on the carpet there has now been pushed out into the room and made a great mess. On the other side of the room over near the wall there are now two dirty big black marks on the cream carpet which were not even there before. In the closet there is still the small mark on the carpet. The small mark on the carpet downstairs was successfully removed. The man is coming back on Monday and I sincerely home that this is rectified. Also the carpet is supposed to be dry in a few hours and both downstairs and the bedroom doorway area were still wet the following morning.

When your technician came I showed him where the pet stains were on my carpet. He said it was a small dog and no problem. He did the cleaning and I paid an extra $100.00 for the protectant. He was in and out of my home in an hour. He cleaned two bedrooms a playroom and a huge family room. I've never had anyone clean that much that fast. When we ran our hand over the wet carpet later my hand smelled of urine. I called the next day and was told you don't guarantee your treatment. You would clean again but not for urine. I could pay an additional cost of $75.00 a gallon for some other treatment. I'm not willing to pay an additional amount for that. Is it diluted and would only be one gallon I wasn't told. I had your company come before and was very happy with the results.

The technician (Ben) left his big blue hose on our lawn. It has been there since Friday. It is still there 4 days later (11184 Waltana Way, South Jordan, UT)

Our tech did a very thorough job. The downstairs did take longer than 6 hours to dry. Next time I have the basement done I'd make sure we have heat in the house. The carpets look very nice.

I made an appointment and you came 2 days later. The young lady on the phone had terrible phone skills and kept apologizing but had no solutions. I had people move things for 2 days and when I want told not Friday but Monday.. Are you kidding me, when had everything moved, paid a sitter to wait for them for 6 hours before they called to tell us Monday would be better for them...

The system you use to clean makes sense. You don't use detergents that will collect dirt later.

I like that it's environmentally safe and doesn't use harsh chemicals.
