The technician Nickolas whom came out to do service was very pleasant and worked very hard. He mentioned he had only worked with the company for about 4 months.....hang onto this individual with both hands! He was whistling while he started worked (he really enjoys his job).I had a contractor of 15 years looking at my blinds whom commented to me that Nick was such a pleasant individual. Nick was very informed of the services you provide and told me about them when I asked. You have a gem here and I suggest you mentor him to be a manager. He has what it takes. I love the job he did. Wish I had a before and after picture....its unbelievable. There is no perfume smell....I am severely sensitive to smells, and this has been such a fabulous experience, when I get my tile, I will be using ZeroRez for my tile and will recommend this service to my friends. Again, Nick is a very hard, contentious worker...take good care of him, he is an asset to your company.

Easy to schedule, great employees, and carpets are clean
Technician was punctual very knowledgeable and professional. I am satisfied with the end result of the carpet cleaning process and will use Zerorez again.
The gentleman that cleaned my rug was very professional, explained why some of the stains may not come out totally due to chemical make up. I had Starbuck coffee grounds on my rug, due to my dog opening my freezer when I was at work and he had the entire contents throughout my house. He did this 3 times. All of the stains came out and are very hard to detect. I am really happy about your service.
The carpet is just so clean. It's not stiff or sticky feeling. There is no icky smell. It dried so fast I was amazed. There were some spots around my dining room table that I thought would never go away and they are gone. The man that came to the house was so nice and was done very quickly.
I like that there is no chemical smell afterwards and the carpets dry quickly. The fact that someone calls to give a more narrow timeframe and the technician calls when he is on the way is great. Also, the service tech was prompt and professional. Charlie was awesome! He did an amazing job on our old, dirty carpets and is a great person to work with!

The technician that cleaned our carpets did an excellent job. His name is Nick. We also liked that the process used by Zerorez did not use detergents or chemicals.

Nick was professional and seemed trustworthy. Nick did a very nice job and the carpets came out beautiful. Nick was not rushed. I felt like he was 100% focused on my project and was not rushing. I would like to get Nick back in a week for some vinyl and one more small carpet area.

The technician was friendly, on time, and did a very good job in nearly all of our trouble areas. There was only one area he said he would be able to get clean, but didn't. However he was extremely professional and did a good job overall.
