I contacted many other carpet cleaning companies... they were either unavailable or extremely expensive. A friend of mine recommended Zerorez. Zerorez was able to squeeze us in the next day when other carpet cleaning companies could (would) not. To top it off, their prices were even lower than the competitors. The tech, Ron called to say he would be early...GREAT! He was fast, and made sure the coffee stains came up! He was very informative on general carpet care, chemical vs. water treatments, why some areas become dull, and oxidation. Thank you Ron! keep up the great work!
Clean and fresh carpets
Great communication, completed the job quickly and the carpets feel soft & look great! We had only a few days between a big family multi-birthday party (with lovely but messy grandkids) and a large ministry dinner for friends from France. You squeezed us in yesterday and at the party tonight the guests never would have guessed!

I was happy with the technicians that came to my home. They were right on time. They were courteous and professional. My light colored carpet was heavily soiled in some areas and they got all the stains out. My carpet looks great. I'm very pleased with the service and the results from Zerorez.

Service was on time and the service men were polite and considerate. I liked that the corner and furniture guards were used. My carpets looked great and dried quickly. I had furniture cleaned as well and those cleaned up nicely.
Your cleaner was friendly, neat, and worked quickly. I do recommend that you upgrade the stain remover you use. I had one very nasty stain that he worked on, but really never was able to lift it. My own "Tech2" from ACE hardware did a much better job.
