He described the concept of zero residue cleaning and the use of natural products that were gentle on carpet fibers while allowing deep cleaning and lifting of soiled areas in heavy foot traffic locations. I appreciate that Zerorez came back and redid a carpet cleaning job that had been done poorly before. I had a rental house cleaned earlier and Zerorz did an excellent job. I wad disappointed with the second time I had hired Zerorez, but the redo was excel,ent. I will be calling Zerorez again for future jobs on rental properties.

I like that there are no left-over harsh chemicals, and no associated odor, that remains in the house after the servicing.

The carpets came out nicely. The two techs that came out were careful of our furniture and wood floors. They were also very polite and respectful.
