Cleans well without chemicals!
Technicians were very nice and friendly. I was a bit surprised at the mass sell up......thinking I was going to get rooms cleaned for $25 then add in this and that and each room was then $100......sneaky! Might rethink my old service due to that.....but so far less than 48 hours later with still wet carpets I will see......

No detergents. Dries faster
I had an issue with floor cleaning being over promised to the extent of your services. However, Mike came out any made up for it with no excuses to do additional cleaning. The representative did not explain to us that our floors were beyond your services,and ability. I ended up having to do an additional several hours of hand
scrubbing to get them clean.

I love how the carpet isn't crunchy when it dries and the cleaning is with water. The smell is amazing too! We had our tile counters done too, wow! Amazing, the grout looks so much better!
The technician was polite, clean and thorough. My carpet was beautiful when done and dried completely by that night. When I walk on it, the carpet is smooth and not stiff or crunchy.
One thing, I never received my e-mail receipt. I would still like that.

He explained the process and did a good job. I am very pleased and would recommend Zerorez, however it did take 3-4 days to completely dry which was much longer than stated.
