First, I'm very happy with the service I received. I was called with an estimated time of arrival when I was told I would be, and my technician arrived when he said he would. My technician, Nick, was very pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. I feel he did an excellent job, and I was very comfortable having him in my home. I'm also pleased to know that Zerorez is concerned about environmental issues. Lastly, I feel the price was reasonable.
