The technician who came and cleaned my carpet was very friendly and thorough. He arrived, evaluated my needs, described how he would attack the trouble spots, then went straight to work. When he was finished, he reviewed what he had done specifically, and advised me how long to let it dry. The best part ... NO RESIDUE!!! The MOST important reason I called you to begin with!!! Although Zerorez had not shown up for said appt.at 2 1/2 hrs late and when I called, it was yet another 1 1/2 hours beyond that, I was very, very pleased with the service, quality and character of the young man who showed up--Nick. He was beyond pleasant, up-beat and kept me informed of the process and wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the result. Job performance was professional and done with pride. Nick seemed genuinely to care that I was pleased, especially since he had been so late. The only fault I find is in the scheduling of appointments and dispatch as I had to make 2 appointments to find out what was going on. Nick never complained of the position he had been put in; he simply performed the cleaning, answering questions on the process, providing a service that redeemed the lack of attention exhibited by dispatch.
