The tech was very nice and informative, and actually helped me make better decisions on what to do with my carpet once he looked at it. I did not feel like I was being taken for my money by him adding on unnecessary services.

My carpets were beyond old and I had low expectations from the get go. Nick was very clear on what I should expect, especially on the living room carpet that had been badly damaged by my very sick pet. The areas he did clear were softer, lighter and I may try to get you back to do the bed rooms after the new year.
