The customer service department I worked with to setup the appoint was also very professional and extremely helpful. I loved the clean looking carpet and the fact there is no residue!! I was VERY, VERY satisfied with your technician! He was very professional yet friendly. He answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing, showed me a test spot before/after which was cool. He took great care of my walls, doors, corners etc.

My technician, Jose, was very polite, prompt and determined clean my carpets as best as he could. He explained what he was doing and how it was going to help and what his plan of action would be. Clean and simple. Service was outstanding. Technician was friendly and professional. He was courteous and respectful of our time and our home.

I contacted many other carpet cleaning companies... they were either unavailable or extremely expensive. A friend of mine recommended Zerorez. Zerorez was able to squeeze us in the next day when other carpet cleaning companies could (would) not. To top it off, their prices were even lower than the competitors. The tech, Ron called to say he would be early...GREAT! He was fast, and made sure the coffee stains came up! He was very informative on general carpet care, chemical vs. water treatments, why some areas become dull, and oxidation. Thank you Ron! keep up the great work!

Clean and fresh carpets

Great communication, completed the job quickly and the carpets feel soft & look great! We had only a few days between a big family multi-birthday party (with lovely but messy grandkids) and a large ministry dinner for friends from France. You squeezed us in yesterday and at the party tonight the guests never would have guessed!
